At Hairence Hair Oil, our primary goal is to deliver premium quality products to your doorstep. However, if you face any issues with our product due to unforeseen circumstances, we have a straightforward return and refund policy:
- Conditions for Return: If you find that the delivered product is incorrect or damaged upon receiving it, you must contact us while the delivery personnel is still present.
- Non-Returnable Items: As this is a personal hair care product, we strictly maintain hygiene standards. Therefore, the product cannot be returned or exchanged if the bottle’s seal is broken, the packaging is damaged by the customer, or the product has been used.
- Damaged or Leaked Products: If you receive a broken or leaked bottle due to courier mishandling, please take a clear photo or video immediately and send it to our inbox or WhatsApp. We will send you a fresh replacement completely free of charge.
- Refund Process: If your order is canceled for any valid reason and you have made an advance payment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank) within 3 to 5 business days. (Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable).
